Student Accounts

Student Accounts is the specialized branch of the Users module for learner accounts.

Main areas

• A student-report summary widget at the top.
• Refresh action that updates both the table and the report widget.
• Table columns for name, student code, email, mobile, status, and actions.
• Activation flow for pending accounts.
• Password reset modal for student accounts.

Common workflow

1. Review the report widget for a quick status overview.
2. Focus on pending accounts in the table.
3. Activate accounts that are ready to be enabled.
4. Reset passwords when account access must be reissued.

Notes

• The Create action still opens the shared user creation flow.
• Password reset here uses the same underlying logic as the main user management screen.
