Unread Emails

Unread is the priority queue for newly received or unprocessed messages.

What the screen includes

  • contact and subject table
  • full-row click into Email Detail
  • default query state with type: 'unread'

When to use it

  1. Review the morning inbox queue.
  2. Prioritize messages that still need response.
  3. Reduce backlog before switching to the full inbox list.

The UI still has rough edges

The current template repeats preview text in the source. Operationally, treat this as a prioritization list rather than a polished preview experience.
