Compose Email

Compose is the manual outbound email screen for admin users.

Main fields

• choose recipients from the contact list
• or enter to_email and to_name manually
• subject
• cc, bcc
• content through the TipTap editor

Important behavior

• choosing a contact disables manual destination entry
• send calls POST /email
• after success, the form resets and the inbox counter reloads

When to use it

1. Send a manual response to a known contact.
2. Start an outbound message that does not originate from an inbox thread.
3. Compose richer formatted content from admin.
