Sent is the outbound email history screen for admin.

Current data shown

  • related contact
  • subject
  • short content preview
  • created timestamp

Important behavior

  • click a row to open email detail
  • query defaults to type: 'sent'

When to use it

  1. Confirm whether a message was sent.
  2. Reopen earlier content for reuse or verification.
  3. Audit outbound communication from admin.

Sent and inbox are different streams

One screen shows inbound context, the other shows outbound history. Use the right one when reconciling communication.
