Post Reports

Post Reports is the screen that focuses only on numbers. Use it when you need a deeper reporting view instead of editing individual records.

This screen is useful when

• you need to verify the total number of published posts
• you need to read content trends over time
• you need to validate numbers before creating a report outside the system

This screen is not the right choice when

• you are trying to edit a specific post
• you want detailed filtering by category or status
• you need to run bulk actions

Recommended usage

1. Open the report screen when your goal is to read numbers.
2. If the report shows unexpected values, return to Posts Dashboard or Manage Posts to find the cause at record level.
