Create User

Create User is used to provision a new admin or operational account.

Form structure

1. Basic information

  • Full name
  • Username
  • Password
  • Email
  • Mobile

The most important validations in this screen are the required fields and the minimum password length of 6 characters.

2. Extended metadata

  • If the project defines Meta Classes for the User target, dynamic metadata inputs are rendered here.

3. Account configuration

  • Avatar
  • Roles
  • Account type
  • Status
  1. Complete required identity fields first.
  2. Assign at least one role during creation.
  3. Set the right account type and status.
  4. Fill metadata only when the current project actually uses it.
  5. Save the record and return to the list if further review is needed.
