Manage Audio

Manage Audio is the dedicated list for audio or podcast-style content. The operating pattern is very similar to Manage Posts, but the list is fixed to type = audio.

The most important difference

• audio records require an attachment
• attaching the correct file matters more than it does for a normal article
• after publish, users often interact directly with the audio file, so file issues become visible quickly

What should you check?

• whether the correct audio file is attached
• whether the title and slug match the episode or topic correctly
• whether the category matches the right series or section
• whether the publication status is actually ready

Suggested workflow

1. Filter by category or keyword.
2. Open the audio record that needs review.
3. Go to Update Post to replace the file or adjust the description.
4. Only publish when the file plays correctly and the metadata is accurate.
