Practical meaning
- the route exists in navigation
- the actual import UI is not implemented yet
- there is no stable import workflow to train from this screen today
Treat this as a placeholder only
If your team must import contacts now, confirm whether another internal tool or custom patch is being used instead of the upstream admin screen.
