Personal Account

The Personal Account group is where you manage your own sign-in details and working preferences. Almost every user will visit this area, whether they work with content or administration.

What is inside this group?

• Account Overview: a quick summary of your own profile
• Update Profile: edit your name, email, avatar, or other profile fields
• Account Settings: change language, timezone, notifications, and personal security options
• Change Password: update your sign-in password

When should you use each screen?

• to review your current account details: open Account Overview
• to correct profile information: open Update Profile
• to change working preferences or extra security: open Account Settings
• to rotate credentials: open Change Password

Important things to remember

• changes here only affect your own account
• some fields may be hidden or locked depending on project settings and permissions
• after password or security changes, the system may ask you to sign in again
