Property Create is the form for opening a new unit record.

• Slug + content
• Images
• Excerpt
• details for price, area, floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, and direction
• settings such as status and is_featured

• additional details such as ownership_type, furniture_status, and usage_status

When to use it

1. Create the unit after the parent project is ready.
2. Standardize pricing, area, and furnishing data in one schema.
3. Attach the record to the correct project from the beginning.
